The winding is formed as a coil with winding turns situated radially one on top of the other. The winding consists of a high-voltage cable (111) provided with an outer semiconducting layer (115). The winding is provided with spacers (9) disposed axially between each turn of the winding to separate the winding. The spacers are provided with at least one earthing member (25,28) connected to the semiconducting layer of the high-voltage cable. Each spacer is provided with at least one resilient layer (26), and an air gap (27) is formed between the layers or in the resilient layer. Preferably, the earthing member is provided with an electrically conducting spring member (29) for contact between the earthing member and the outer semiconductor. Preferably the spring member is situated in the air gap. |
