The product (1) has a fluid permeable surface (2), a fluid impermeable surface (3) and an absorption body (4) arranged between the two surfaces. A fastening flap (18, 19) extends from each longitudinal side edge (8, 9). An adhesive fixture component (20, 21) is provided on the surfaces of the fastening flaps facing towards the product fluid impermeable surface. The packaging (17) fits over the product fluid impermeable surface and is folded together with the product. The package has the same flat shape as the product and has two crossways end edges (22, 23), two longitudinal side edges and side flaps evolving from the side edges. The contour of the package follows that of the product. The package is releasably fixed to adhesive fixture components (16, 20, 21) on the product. The product and the package are folded to form a rectangular shape along two fold lines (13, 14) parallel with the product end edges (6, 7) and two fold lines parallel with the product side edges. |
