Manufacturing honeycomb material from material webs

Half-honeycombs are moulded in periodic sequences in a first embossment conducive material web. Half-honeycombs are then moulded in a second material web. The two half section webs (1) are then brought together with phase displacement, and then permanently bonded together by the formation of a honeycomb web. One end section of the honeycomb web is positioned in front of a honeycomb block formed previously and permanently connected to it before or after separation of the end section from the honeycomb web. These steps are then repeated.
