The mill consists of a Pilger mill with periodic-groove rolls and a finishing mill with constant-groove rolls sharing a common mandrel. It is characterized by the fact that the finishing mill takes the form of a planet rolling mill (9) with one or more rotation planes intersecting the mandrel axis, and with roll sets (14) whose rolls (15) are grooved to envelop the respective pipe contours.
