The equipment to raise and lower boats, in the water, has floating cushions (10,11) along the hull to raise the boat by flotation, using at least two at the side of the holding pedestal (1) to support the keel, which are rigidly fixed or slide at it. The whole equipment has its height setting through a linkage to an attachment point at the land. The flotation bodies are of aluminium, plastics, rubber elastic or thin steel materials. A number of identical profile units, of aluminium, iron or plastics, slide (19) vertically for height setting in relation to each other, with side intercoupling, but with independent floating or immersion and lifting actions.
