A neutralisation plant has a reaction chamber with an inlet, an electromagnetic outlet valve, a cleaning arrangement and a filling arrangement, where the novelty is that the rectangular reaction chamber (1) has an inlet opening (2) in its upper surface, adjacent to one side. On the opposite side of the chamber (1) near the bottom, there is an electromagnetic outlet valve which is attached from the outside through a hole (5) in the chamber (1) and retained by a locknut (5) inside the chamber. Centrally, through a hole (7) in the top of the chamber (1), a threaded cleaning spray nozzle (6) is attached, secured by a locknut (8) inside the chamber.
