PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a revolving shaft from being curved and deformed in a longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: A revolving shaft 33 is supported rotatably at its bottom end. A cylindrical mounting body 50 is fitted onto the outside of revolving shaft 33. The outer peripheral surface of the mounting body 50 is provided with first to fourth vanes. The top end on the inner side of the mounting body 50 is provided with a pair of connecting members 61 and both connecting members 61 hold a part 33a which is to be connected and is disposed at the top end of the revolving shaft 33. The mounting body 50 is elastically deformed and is displaced in the diametrical direction of the revolving shaft 33 when the load in the diametral direction of the revolving shaft 33 acts on the mounting body 50 by loading a deviated load an the vanes. The load is absorbed by the displacement of the mounting body 50.
