PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a bathing agent excellent in preservation stability and solubility by using a nonwoven fabric or woven fabric composed of a specific polymer fiber or a sheet prepared by laminating the nonwoven fabric, etc., to a water-soluble film and sealing a bathing component in the nonwoven fabric, etc., or the sheet. SOLUTION: A nonwoven fabric or woven fabric composed of a water-soluble polymer fiber or a laminated sheet comprising the outside constituted of the nonwoven fabric or woven fabric composed of the water-soluble polymer and the inside composed of a water-soluble film is used. A water-soluble polyvinyl alcohol fiber, especially one soluble or miscible with water at 50-0 deg.C is preferable as the water-soluble polymer fiber. The diameter of the water-soluble polymer fiber is preferably 5-200μm. A bathing component may be any of a granule, powder or a tablet. For example, a polyvinyl alcohol, a modified polyvinyl alcohol derivative copolymerized with a compound such as itaconic acid, etc., may be used as the water-soluble film.
