PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely store important message information for a long time. SOLUTION: Identification information representing whether or not a message is to be protected is added to each message information stored in a message memory of a RAM 24 and stored in a management data memory and when the storage capacity of the message memory is fully occupied, message information other than the message information to be secured according to the identification information in the management data memory is deleted from the message memory in a prescribed order. Then the message information stored in the message memory together with the message information to be secured is displayed on a display section 29 in the order of the arrival.
