Multi-layer wall panel for building exterior with inner structural concrete layer and outer thermal insulating layer

Outer wall of residential building is formed from multi-layer, industrially prefabricated panels, comprising a backing layer (3) which can be statically loaded and is positioned towards the inside (4) of the building, consisting of a structural concrete. A layer of thermal insulation (6), positioned on the outside and consisting of lightweight concrete with a dry bulk density of less than 0.5 kg/dm3, made up of light aggregate particles (15) and a binder matrix (16). The light aggregate is, preferably, expanded glass granulate particles or foamed plastic resin pellets. The porous binder matrix preferably consists of water, cement, foaming agent and a plasticising agent.
