PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten construction time, make appearance excellent and easily cope with outside and inside angle places. SOLUTION: A block body 10 of II (π) shape horizontal cross section provided with a wall plate 11 of rectangular plate shape and a pair of brace parts 12 of rectangular plate shape hangingly provided at the wall plate 1, and a sheathing board 20 mounted between the brace parts 12 are used in combination. The required number of the block bodies 10 are laterally provided, and the sheathing boards 20 are engagedly fitted to the tips of the brace parts 12 to connect the adjacent block bodies 10 to each other. The tip side of the block body 10 is closed to form an inner filling part D, and concrete, crushed stones or earth is sealed in the inner filling part D. This is repeated to pile upward in regular succession. The sheathing board adjustable in width is used to cope with outside and inside angle places.
