发明名称 FURNACE WALL STRUCTURE FOR COMBUSTION FURNACE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the reflection of radiation energy at the peak value or the vicinity of the same in the high temperature area of flame without receiving the heat by a method wherein a submicron grain layer is formed on the heat receiving surface of a furnace wall formed of a multitude of heat transfer tubes, arrayed in parallel and fluid is conducted to flow through the inside of them. SOLUTION: A furnace wall 2 is formed of a plurality of heat transfer tubes 5, arrayed in parallel so that fluid can be conducted to flow through the inside thereof. Submicron grains are sprayed through flame spraying on the side of heat receiving surface of the furnace wall 2, faced to a furnace, to form a submicron grain layer 9 and provide the heat receiving surface with a non-gray color. The submicron grain is the grain of a ceramic having a diameter of the degree of about 0.5μm, for example, and the thickness of the submicron grain layer is about 2-5μm. The furnace wall 2 is provided with the non-gray color by forming the submicron grain layer 9 in such a manner to permit the restraining of absorption of radiation energy in the high temperature area of flame whereby a thermal load per unit area of heat receiving surface of the furnace wall 2 is reduced.
