PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate the input while sufficiently coping with adoption of a low voltage power supply. SOLUTION: A 1st input signal is given to a 1st differential pair circuit 11 consisting of a 1st transistor(TR) Q11 and a 2nd TR Q12 connected differentially, a 2nd input signal is given to a 2nd differential pair circuit 12 consisting of a 3rd TR Q13 and a 3rd TR Q13 connected differentially, and an output signal having sum or difference frequency information of the 1st input signal and the 2nd input signal is outputted from a connection section between drains or collectors of the 1st TR Q11 and the 3rd TR Q13 or a connection section between drains or collectors of the 2nd TR Q12 and the 4th TR Q14.
