SUBSTANCE: proposed apparatus comprises feeding mechanism capable of adjusting movements of feeding pusher to steps, value of which is multiple to length of clamp. Feeding mechanism also comprises clamp counter in form of scale. Proposed clamp dispenser comprises spring-urged releasing device made in form of plurality of individual elements adapted, each of them, to cooperate with each clamp or bracket to be dispensed. EFFECT: apparatus is much handy for use by surgeon.
