PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obviate the occurrence of unequal display in spite of the application of stresses, such as vibration and impact, from outside by specifying the ratio of supporting bodies which recess the surface of the oriented films of substrates at a specific value or above with respect to these supporting bodies to a specific value or below. SOLUTION: The ratio of the supporting bodies 7 which recess the oriented films 5 of the substrates 1, 2 at >=0.01m in the oriented films 5 of the substrates 1, 2 is specified to <=60%. Namely, the oriented films 5 have the state dispersed with the recessed parts 11A recessed by the supporting bodies 7 and the non- recessed flat parts 11B. The recessed parts 11A are in the state of recessing by 0.01 to 0.02μm, for example, about 0.01μm from the surfaces of the oriented films 5. In the relation between the recessed parts 11A and the flat parts 11B, <=60%, more preferably 30 to 40% of the entire supporting body 7 recess the oriented films 5, thereby forming the recessed parts 11A. The remaining supporting bodies remain as the flat parts 11B without recessing the oriented films 5. As a result, the light leakage of the abnormality in the orientation around the supporting bodies 7 hardly arises in spite of the vibration and impact from outside. |
