PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain transmission and reproduction of a voice signal with excellent quality. SOLUTION: A measurement/control section 123 measures a noise level and a reception signal level in a sound under the environment of terminal equipments 10, 12 and a level and/or a dynamic range of the signal reproduced in response to the measurement result are adjusted by a dynamic range and level change sections 121, 122. Thus, the noise of the signal sent through a transmission channel 11 and the effect of the noise in the sound under the environment of the terminal equipment 12 onto the articulation of reproduced information is reduced. |
