PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the durability of a bearing by preventing lubricating fluid from flowing out or spraying when a rotation member is rotating. SOLUTION: A radial bearing 7 of a dynamic pressure bearing has a radial bearing surface 9 formed on the inner circumferential surface of a sleeve which is opposite to a radial supported surface formed on the outer circumferential surface of a shaft 3 with a bearing clearance ofΔR in a radial direction and has two independent tapered parts 10, 11 side-by-side at both ends of the radial bearing surface 9 in an axial direction. Each of the tapered parts 10, 11 is formed in a truncated-cone-shaped slant tapered surf ace such that it is far from the outer circumferential surface of a shaft 3 with increasing distance from the radial bearing surface 9. A step 12 is formed at a joint of the two tapered parts 10, 11.
