摘要 When vacuum adsorption is over, the adsorbing tower(AD-1) has a recess for a while and the valve 49 of the adsorbing tower(AD-11) is opened to start the absorbing. After adsorbing performed, the valve 40 and 56 are opened and the pressure is reduced toward the top. The gas discharged at this time is used as preprocessing tower washing gas, and when the pressure of the adsorbing tower comes to the point where the pressure in the tower becomes even, the valves 40 and 56 are closed. And when the pressures of the adsorbing towers become equal, the valve 41 is closed and the valve 33 is opened for the hydrogen to flow in from the hydrogen storage(B-4) then the pressure is built up to the adsorption pressure.
