The panel is made from a sheet of metal or plastic, e.g. aluminium, stainless steel, galvanised iron or PVC, with an outline decoration cut out, leaving it in one piece with additional reinforcing elements (7). The decoration is then trimmed with a luminous cord (6) which is attached to it by plastic collars (4), and connected by a cable (9) to a power supply. The edge of the panel is covered by a reinforced PVC protective lip to give it rigidity and to avoid injuries in the event of an accidental fall.
