Fishing hook with lure and swivel

The spinner is used for fishing with a rod and line. It has a set of recurved fish-hooks (18) at one end, mounted on a swivel arrangement. The swivel may have a casing (1a) with an outwardly curved or flared end (16a), forming a 45 degree angle. A trimming or lure may be attached to the swivel and may consist of hairs or feathers which may partially cover the hooks. They may be held by a cone with a 45 degree angle fitting into the top of the swivel tube. A bright piece of metal (5) acting as a lure is connected to the leader (1) via a wire loop and sliders (4).
