PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for extracting Loculoascomycete, specifically a DNA simply and accurately from an old specimen of Loculoascomycete, and furthermore, identifying order, family, genus, species and the like of Loculoascomycete, and a primer set and a kit used for the method.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for preparing a DNA of Loculoascomycete including: a process of fixing a fruiting body of Loculoascomycete to a support body; a process of pulverizing the fruiting body fixed in the process by a rotary tool equipped with a cutting bit; and a process of extracting a DNA from the fruiting body pulverized in the process, and a method for identifying Loculoascomycete including: a process of preparing a DNA of Loculoascomycete; a process of amplifying a Loculoascomycete gene by a primer set which is specific to the order of Loculoascomycete in a 28S rDNA of Loculoascomycete; and a process of detecting the gene amplified in the process.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
