METHOD OF GRANULATING FINELY GRAINED FURNACE WASTES FROM FLUIDISED BED FURNACE BOILERS

1. The method of granulating fine-grained furnace waste materials from fluid boilers consists in hydro-thermal processing of raw ashes, granulation and hardening. Unique characteristics: The hydro-thermal processing of raw ashes is carried out by mixing raw ashes with 2 - 10 percent of a plasticising additive by mass of the raw ashes. The plasticising additive is introduced into raw ashes in the form of a water suspension, with the concentration of 3 - 25 percent by mass. Then, the mixture is granulated, preferably in a vibratory granulator, and initially stabilised under known conditions, until the compressive strength of 2.0 MPa is reached.
