PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correctly execute waveform euality judgement at all times by comparing the respective binary signals of input signals which are outputted from a binarizing means and judging whether both waveforms are equal or not. SOLUTION: A sample-and-hold circuit 8 samples the demodulation output F1 of a present station during reception at present, holds it and transmits it to a plus terminal of a binarizing circuit 10 and the input terminal of an offset extraction circuit 14 respectively. The sample-and-hold circuit 9 samples the demodulation output F2 -▵E of a substitutive station, holds it and transmits it to the plus terminal of the binarizing circuit 11 and the input terminal of the offset extraction circuit 15 respectively. The offset extraction circuits 14 and 15 rectify the sampling signals of the demodulation output F1 and F2 -▵E, extract their D.C. voltage components as an offset voltage. A judging circuit 12 detects the coincidence or noncoincidence of the signs of the binary signals which are transmitted from the binarizing circuits 10 and 11 and judges whether or not the present station and the substitutive station are broadcasting the same program.
