A device is provided for issue of a diffuse fluid jet (4) to be conducted together with outer air. In a wall of the room (R) an opening (E) is provided for feed of the outer air in conjunction with the fluid jet into the interior of the room. The device is formed as a distributor container (1) and a second container as collector (2) is provided for collection of the fluid. The collector is installed at the building opening. To the distributor perforated pipes (3) are connected. The distributor and the collector are arranged in the interior of the room and the pipes run outwards through the walls of the room. Connected in front of the collector is a fluid separator. In front of the collector and fluid separator a stop and collection device (5) with a narrowing shaft (5S) is connected.
