PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an economical stocker part having the short time in which a tray is conveyed between a stoker and an IC receiving position, and having a simple structure. SOLUTION: A stocker in which a plurality of trays 2 are arranged into plural stages is raised and lowered by a lifter 13. The tray 2 adjusted to the specified height by the lifter is sandwiched between first and second slide arms 33, 33'. The first and second arms 33, 33' sandwich or release the tray 2 by being guided by a linear guide 31 and by being driven by a driving mechanism in such a direction as to be separated from each other or to be approached to each other. The first and second slide arms 33, 33' sandwiching the tray 2 are conveyed between a stocker 14 and an IC receiving position by an air cylinder 6. The tray to be housed in the stoker 14 and the other tray 2' are engaged with a positioning plate 24 so that the tray 2' may be overlapped on the lower part of the tray 2 in the IC receiving position, and they are supported by a set plate 22 or a lifter 19 so as to be freely raised and lowered. |
