According to the present invention, there are provided immunosuppressive-activity potentiating compositions which comprise a phosphoric acid diester compound represented by the following formula ¢I!: (see fig. I) ¢I! (R1 and R3 are the same or different and represent individually a hydrogen atom or methyl group) or its pharmacologically acceptable salt, and the immunosuppressive-activity potentiating compositions can suppress effectively acute rejection after transplanation.
