PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the flickering of light-emitting diode illumination driven by an AC lighting system.SOLUTION: A light-emitting diode illumination 100 comprises: a light-emitting diode array 10 in which a plurality of light-emitting diodes 11 is serially connected and which is separated into a plurality of light-emitting diode groups L1 to L6; a rectification unit 20 which converts an AC voltage into a ripple voltage; a first driving unit 30 which includes a plurality of field effect transistors FET1 to FET6 provided so as to respectively correspond to the light-emitting diode groups L, controls ON and OFF of the plurality of field effect transistors FET1 to FET6 while following the ripple voltage, and changes a number of light-emitting diode groups L that supply a current; and a second driving unit 40 which charges an electric charge in a period during which the first driving unit 30 supplies the current for lighting to the light-emitting diode groups L, and discharges the electrode charge in the period during which the first driving unit 30 does not supply the current for lighting.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
