PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze gas including a plurality of components while maintaining detection sensitivity with a simple configuration by using one light source without using band-pass filters.SOLUTION: A gas analyzer comprises: a cell inside which gas to be analyzed is introduced; light source that is arranged on one end side of the cell in an outside of the cell and irradiates the light toward the cell; a spectroscopic unit 140 that is arranged on other side of the cell, and disperses light that has irradiated from the light source and has passed through the cell; and an optical detector 170 that detects intensity of the light dispersed by the spectroscopic unit 140. The spectroscopic unit 140 is configured to disperse the light passed through the cell so that each of a plurality of lights different in a wavelength included in the light irradiated from the light source focuses on a virtual straight line M that crosses an optical axis A of the light passing through the cell.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
