PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an internal combustion engine control device capable of suitably curbing an occurrence of backfire in an internal combustion engine using hydrogen as fuel.SOLUTION: When hydrogen concentration in an intake manifold obtained from the hydrogen concentration in EGR gas is not less than a hydrogen concentration threshold (S103; YES), a control device lowers a target EGR ratio which is a target value of an EGR ratio and makes a water injection volume through a water injector larger than the same when the hydrogen concentration in the intake manifold is less than the hydrogen concentration threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
