Ash-trapping tube bundle 4 mounted at flue inlet functions as internal separator to return large particles to furnace 1. Structural components of external separating system installed at flue outlet are made in the form of curvilinear guide channels with splitters designed to split and turn gas flow followed by its inlet to external separation system. The latter is built up of two or more dry inertial apparatuses, such as cyclones, battery cyclones, vortex catchers, etc. EFFECT: improved reliability, economic efficiency, environmental friendliness of boiler. 1 dwg |
