PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize the coating liquid for a photosensitive layer and to stably harden a photosensitive layer by incorporating a quinone diazide group and a photodimerization functional group and forming a crosslinked structure of the photodimerization functional groups. SOLUTION: The compsn. of the photosensitive layer consists of a diazide compd., photodimerization functional compd., binder polymer, and additives if necessary, and the compd. is crosslinked with light. As for the quinone diazide compd., benzoquinone diazide sulfonic acid or its deriv. or naphthoquinone diazide sulfonic acid or its deriv. which are usually used for a normal positive PS plate or photoresist, can be used. As for the photodimerization compd., a compd. having a structure expressed by formula R1 -CH=CH-R2 can be used. In formula, R1 and R2 are grooves containing photodimerization photosensitive groups, and for example, one of R1 , R2 has a carbonyl group and the other has a phenyl group, or one has a carbonyl or phenyl group and the other has a phenyl group, or both have phenyl groups. |
