PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate information transfer between radio telephone sets in security, at a low cost by reading out information from a first radio telephone set under the control of a second radio telephone set and transmitting this information to the second radio telephone set. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with a first communication means communicating with the first radio telephone set 2 and a second communication means communicating with the second radio telephone set 3. Then the equipment is provided with a data transfer means 1 communicating between the first and second communication means and reading out information from the first radio telephone set 2 to transmit to the second radio telephone set 3 under the control of the second radio telephone set 3. This data transfer means 1 confirms whether information is stored correctly in the second radio telephone set 3 and when confirming the correct storage, deletes at least some information from the first radio telephone set 2. Thereby security is improved.
