PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a signal transmission method between a base station and a control station and the base station equipment in which a control load of the base station is relieved so as to attain a more stable control operation. SOLUTION: This method is made cup of a control station 3, a base station 1 controlled by the control station 3, and a mobile station 5 moved in a service area by the base station 1 and mobile communication is conducted between the base station 1 and the mobile station 5 via a frame and a slot. Then in the case of communication of the control station 3 with the mobile station 5, the control station 3 provides a number to the frame and slot to be received and sends the resulting data to the base station 1 and the base station 1 sets the frame and slot according to the frame and slot number sent from the control station 3 to make transmission to the mobile station 5.
