There is at least one recess (5), with one or more retraction bodies (8), located between a carrier section (2) and insert (3). There are ducts (9), stemming from the opening side (4) of the carrier section, that lead to the recess. There is a retraction tool (10), guidable through the recess, with a wedge-shaped spike (13) about which the retraction body is pressed against the insert. The retraction body may be built round at least about the duct's walled side. A number of retraction bodies may be divided about the insert arranged in their respective recesses.
