Provided are: an electroacoustic conversion film which is capable of reproduction with a sufficient sound volume, while being capable of preventing appearance defects; and an electroacoustic transducer. This electroacoustic conversion film comprises: a polymer composite piezoelectric body which is obtained by dispersing piezoelectric particles in a viscoelastic matrix that is formed of a polymer material which has viscoelasticity at room temperature; a lower thin film electrode which is laminated on one main surface of the polymer composite piezoelectric body; a lower protective layer which is laminated on the lower thin film electrode; an upper thin film electrode which is laminated on the other main surface of the polymer composite piezoelectric body; an upper protective layer which is laminated on the upper thin film electrode; and a coloring layer which is laminated in a position that is closer to the surface layer than the upper thin film electrode and/or a coloring layer which is laminated in a position that is closer to the surface layer than the lower thin film electrode. |
