PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a restriction of deformation of heat transfer pipes and a formation of fins during a firing and connecting process to be concurrently carried out. SOLUTION: Heat transfer pipes 2 of ceramics sintered material are inserted into each of through-pass holes in pipe plates 1a, 1b acting as ceramics non-fired member having a plurality of through-pass holes, each of the pipe plates 1a, 1b is set in position at both upper and lower ends of the heat transfer pipes 2. A large number of fin plates 6 of ceramics non-fired material composed of thin-walled plate-like heat transfer pipe supporting surfaces 6a having a plurality of through-pass holes and projections 6b projected in a vertical direction in respect to the heat transfer pipe supporting surfaces 6a formed at outer edges of the heat transfer pipe supporting surfaces 6a are arranged to be piled up between the pipe plates 1a, 1b position set at both upper and lower ends of the heat transfer pipes 2 in such a way that they may be piled up in a longitudinal direction of the heat transfer pipes 2. They are heated and sintered under this condition and they are integrally connected to each other, thereafter the projections 6b of the fin plates 6 are removed.
