PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a light-diffusing methyl methacrylate resin composition capable of inhibiting a whitening at the stretched part of a molded product, even when a biaxially stretching molding is performed at a relatively low temperature, and capable of preventing the lowering in light transmittance at the stretched part. SOLUTION: This light-diffusing methyl methacrylate resin composition comprises 100 pts.wt. of a methyl methacrylate resin and 0.1-10 pts.wt. of insoluble resin particles dispersed in the methyl methacrylate resin and satisfying the following characteristics: (1)-(3). (1) The absolute value of the difference of the refractive index of the insoluble resin particles from that of the methyl methacrylate resin is 0.02-0.13. (2) The weight-average particle diameter is 1.5-15μm. (3) An extrapolated glass transition initial temperature (Tig) and an extrapolated glass transition end temperature (Teg) in the stepwise change of a DSC curve obtained by the measurement of differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and the load deflection temperature (Th) of the methyl methacrylate resin satisfies the following inequalities. Teg<Th+40( deg.C). Tig<Th( deg.C) or Teg-Tig<15( deg.C).
