The clamping device has a hoop element (2,3) round it, on which the receiving container can be fitted by folding the receiving aperture of the sack-type receiving container over it. The hoop element of the clamping device (1) has a circumference smaller than or equal to that of the receiving aperture of the container. The hoop element has at least one clamping element (10a,10b), into which the circumferential region of the container can be pushed to clamp it in the circumferential region exceeding the circumference of the hoop element.
