The dispenser includes a bottom (2), side walls (4), rear wall (5) and a hinged front (6). A movable force controller (16) is fitted with a strip of VELCRO (17) in a slot (14) covered by the force controller and a seal (15). The products, e.g. dust wiper cloth (28), are suspended from a hollow rod (20) which by two pins (26,27) fits in the container. A retainer (22), under pressure of a spring (24), is connected with one of the pins (27) to keep the hollow rod and the dust wiper cloth (28) in place.
