A vehicle tyre with a stabilising device, especially for a cycle, motor cycle or similar comprises a rim (1) on which a cover (2) is mounted with or without an inner tube (3) for retaining pressure and an internal stabilising member or members, e.g. a supporting ring (4) or stabilising ring (5), which provide elastic support for the cover (2) when internal pressure is lost.
