The indicator (15) has a vacuum pump and a pressure dependent switch for controlling the pump and an alarm consisting of an optical and/or acoustic indicator. Monitoring volumes (7) of the tanks (2-6) are connected in series by connecting measurement line and suction line connectors (9,10) of two successive tanks via a connecting line containing two valves. The first tank's suction connector is connected to the pump. The measurement connector of the last tank is connected to the pressure dependent switch. A valve (14) is arranged in the suction line to the first tank.
