PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily identify the strength of inputted voices by varying the flickering speed of the display means in accordance with the strength of the inputted voices. SOLUTION: Analog signals obtained from a microphone 1 are amplified by an amplifier(AMP) 2, passed through a low pass filter(LPF) 3, converted into digital signals by an A/D converter 4 and inputted to a DSP 5. The DSP 5 compresses the digital signals under the control of a controlling circuit 6 and transmits the signals as voice data to a main controlling circuit 8 through a data input output(I/O) buffer 7. The circuit 8 gives proper address signals to a memory controlling circuit 9 and records the voice data supplied by the buffer 7 in a semiconductor memory 10. The flickering speed of an LED 17 is made to vary by the DSP 5, which acts as a controlling means, in accordance with the sound pressure of the voices inputted from the microphone 1, i.e., corresponding to the strength of the inputted voices. |
