A liquid fuel reforming apparatus is disclosed, which comprises a coil main body (12) having a fuel bore (16) through which a liquid fuel, such as petrol, and fuel gas, flows, a thread (14) having a predetermined winding number which is formed about the coil main body, and a magnetic metallic material comprising a plurality of surfaces (18), siad magnetic metallic material being sealed at the fuel bore (16), and allowing the fuel which is into contact therewith to pass through; wherein the liquid fuel can be reformed by applying a predetermined voltage through the thread (14) so as to induce a magnetic field and effect magnetization of the magnetic metallic material (18) disposed at the fuel bore (16), thereby allowing the liquid fuel to flow through the fuel bore (16) into contact with the magnetized magnetic metallic material (18). The magnetic metallic material can be replaced by a multiple-surface material made of an amorphous metallic alloy.
