PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a lamp unit simple in device constitution and high in safety by providing the unit with a part where coloring state is changed by temperature. SOLUTION: A caution label 3 is stuck to the case 2 of the lamp unit 1. On the label 3, the characters of≡aution high temperature' are printed by using ink coloring only at a high temperature time. When a lamp is exchanged, an operator recognizes that the temperature of the unit 1 is high and it is dangerous to touch the unit 1 because the characters of 'caution high temperature' appears. Since the characters of 'caution high temperature' do not appear when the temperature of the unit 1 becomes low, the operator recognizes that the unit 1 can be exchanged. Thus, since such danger that the operator touches the high-temperature unit 1 is eliminated, an accident such as a burn is prevented from occurring and the unit 1 can safely and inexpensively be exchanged.
