PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control an appropriate temperature of cooling water without generating a large overshoot even at the time of a high load run. SOLUTION: Control patterns A, B, C, D, E..., F of a revolution number ratio of an electric fan for cooling a radiator and a condenser with respect to the temperature T of cooling water are set in advance. Then either of the control patterns are selected on the basis of the temperature rise change rateΔT. According to this selected control pattern, the operation of the electric fan is controlled by determining the revolution number ratio with respect to the temperature T of the cooing water.
