PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the wooden appearance by using a slat formed by extruding the raw material obtained by blending the base resin, which is obtained by coloring chlorinated polyvinyl chloride including a specified quantity of chlorine, the master batch made of colored polyvinyl chloride and the wood powder at a specified ratio. SOLUTION: A base resin obtained by coloring chlorinated polyvinyl chloride including chlorine at 62-67%, which is obtained by chlorinating polyvinyl chloride at 500-1000 of mean degree of polymerization, and a quantity, which is smaller than that of the base resin, of the master batch made of at least one or more kinds of colored polyvinyl chloride having the gelation temperature and melting viscosity different from that of the base resin, and 10-40wt.% of the wood powder at 30-300μm of mean grain diameter and at 1-10wt.% of moisture are blended so as to form the raw material, and a slat obtained by extruding this raw material is used for blind. Uneven flow-pattern is expressed in the nearly longitudinal direction of the slat, and the pattern like the natural bark is given to the surface of the slat, and the wood powder 12 appears the surface of the slat so as to give the quality feeling like the natural wood.
