To be able to remove the vibration by the unbalance of pressure and also to improve the pressure efficiency by keeping the vent pressure regularly without rippling, this structure is composed of the rotary member(3) which contains the sine curvature and the wings(9a)(9c)(9d) that are arranged to face each other to the upper and lower sides of the rotary member centering upon the rotary shaft(2) of the above rotary member.
