CHEMICAL AGENT RESISTANT 2-COMPONENT ALIPHATIC POLYURETHANE COATING COMPOSITION AND PREPARATION PROCESS THE SAME

A two-pack aliphatic polyurethane coating composition comprises 4 volumes of A component (main component) and 1 volume of B component (hardening agent). A component consists of pigments satisfying reflection requirement of visible light and infrared radiation required for camouflage pattern-painting, and phthalic-trimethyol propane polyester combined with a volatile solvent. B component consists of aliphatic isocyanate prepolymer combined with a volatile solvent. Use of this coating composition allows formation of coating films being resistive to liquid chemical reactants such as pinacolymethyl phosphonofluoridate and bis-dichloroethyl sulfide.
