PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To minimize a range in which one feels a shortage of room cooling at the time of cooling a room while assuring a comfortableness around his feet in space heating. SOLUTION: In an air conditioning apparatus, a control device is provided for controlling a wind direction changing plate 1 which is reciprocally rotated by a stepping motor so as to change the blow-off angle of air blown off from an air outlet at the inner room side in an upward or downward direction. The wind direction changing plate 1 is controlled such that the direction of a center line a1 of a reciprocal rotating angle range b1 thereof during a space heating is inclined more downwardly than a center line a2 of the reciprocal rotating angle range b2 thereof during a room cooling. The reciprocal rotating angle range b1 of the wind direction changing plate 1 during the space heating is set to be narrower than the reciprocal rotating angle range b2 of the wind direction changing plate 1 during the room cooling. |
