摘要 The system has a carrier (11) which has to be introduced into the cavity (2) to be measured. At least one measurement pulse transmitter (6) is mounted on the carrier, together with several receiver sensors or segments (7). The receivers are arranged in the form of a collar to receive signals over a complete 360 degree circle. The sensor carrier, or at least that part of it carrying the receivers, can rotate or pivot about its central axis (4) in defined angular steps. Each receiver sensor has an associated amplifier to amplify the pulse signals it receives, and to adjust its reception characteristic with each amplifier individually controlled.
